HATHA

In the Hatha yoga classes, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. A nourishing experience for the body and mind which is suitable for all levels.

GENTLE HATHA (50+)

The Gentle Hatha Yoga class (50+) is tailored to suit the clientele to gently build on steadiness, flexibility, and develop balance and control at an appropriate level.

CURVY YOGA FOR THE LARGER FRAME

If you are worried that you don’t have the right body shape or flexibility for yoga or the thought of joining a regular yoga class scares you, then don’t worry – firmly believing that everybody’s body is a yoga body, these classes will bring the benefits of yoga to you whatever your body shape.

CHILDREN’S YOGA

Available for small groups or individuals or duets - children have the opportunity to practise mindfulness and develop self-esteem through play and yoga fun!

1 to 1 or 2 to 1 PRIVATE SESSIONS

Whilst  it can be really inspiring and energising to practice with other people, group classes don't necessarily work for all people at all times in their lives. Sometimes we need a little bit more one-on-one attention to really get the most out of our practice. Private sessions could be perfect for those of you who:

·       have a busy schedule and find it difficult to get to a scheduled group class

·       are nervous about jumping in at the deep end and would prefer a gentle more personal introduction to yoga.

·       want to work more intensely and dynamically on your practice with 1:1 attention to detail.

·       who are self-conscious about practicing in front of other people

·       who just fancy a treat!
