On-Line Classes

For those of us who for whatever reason prefer to do on-line classes I will be offering an on-line option.

Friday 8.00 - 9.00 am Vinyasa/Hatha Flow 60 minute Class £8

VINYASA/HATHA FLOW

This 60 min class will combine yoga breathing and relaxation techniques with poses as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing and seated postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers - a truly nourishing experience for the whole body and mind. With an emphasis on core and shoulder strengthening, the key to many yoga asanas, a vinyasa flow is also integrated. The class is suitable for both beginners and those with an established practise and can be described as a strong steady class.
