The Gentle Hatha Yoga class is tailored to suit the clientele to gently build on steadiness, flexibility, and develop balance and control at an appropriate level whilst incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques to achieve a sense of stillness and calm.I firmly believe that yoga is accessible to everyone so these classes are developed with this in mind. We will practise postures which help to aalign, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body movement and breath and body co-ordination are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion. A nourishing experience for the body and mind which is suitable for all levels.
