Years ago I did yoga but due to ill health and surgeries I stopped going for many years. I was nervous to get back into it and tried some classes but it just didn’t gel. Then I found Sally and found my love of yoga all over again. Sally is kind, patient and an excellent teacher. She is extremely talented at yoga and her classes are one of the highlights of my week.
Every time I leave after my yoga class I feel a thousand times better than when I arrived! As a newcomer to yoga I was uncertain of my capabilities and feeling rather nervous, but Sally is so genuine and friendly and her style of teaching is simply perfect. I am truly thrilled when my diary allows my day to start with Sally’s yoga class.
As a pre-diabetic, regular yoga in the over 50’s group really helps to keep me fit and able. The classes are tailored to suit ones ability. Not to be missed!
Sally is a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic yoga teacher. She is constantly updating her knowledge by attending courses herself.
I have a private session with Sally once a week because I have had several serious injuries in the past and am limited because of them. Sally has tailor-made my sessions to suit my capability. She has also taught me how to meditate and this has helped enormously to reduce my stress levels.
Sally is very reasonably priced and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to start or continue with their yoga. She has even managed to get my partner Alan to join in!!
